"A Jewel in the Desert"

While wandering through the desert, South of Tucson, close to the Mexican border, I stumbled on this precious gem.

It was Sunday and while parking my car, I heard the Mission bell ringing. I saw a priest opening the doors and while I was quickly sketching in bright pastels, people arrived to attend the service. I had captured it all, when I finally closed my sketchbook!
